Finance – to approve accounts to date – to agree payment to the Parish Magazine (annual grant £175), to retrospectively agree final payment of £894 to J Harris, which will enable WPC to claim back the £2000 grant from NDC, and to authorise the Finance Committee to pay any invoices arriving in December, as there is no WPC meeting that month.
10. Environment – any updating by Cllr Burgess
11. Planning – the Clerk had left several messages with Lighthouse Developments, and Christies, as to any new developments on the Christie Estates proposal, but nothing heard to date!
12. Next meeting will be held in January, date to be agreed, unless anything definite happens regarding Village Development, in which case an extraordinary meeting will be arranged.
