The above meeting will take place at the Village Hall, starting at 7pm, on Wednesday the 4th of May, followed by the monthly Parish Council meeting at 7.30pm

4. Representative reports from Village Hall (Cllr Farrell-Roberts), and Environment (Cllr Burgess)
5. Appointment of Chairman and Vice-Chairman 2022/3
6. Approval of the AGM minutes, held on the 5th May 2021
7. To nominate representatives as follows – 1. Village Hall Committee representative, 2. Internal Auditor, 3. Taw & Torridge Estuary Forum
8. To approve 2021/2 accounts – approved at April 6th Meeting
9. Annual Governance & Accountability Return – to agree that the return can be approved and signed by the Chairman once prepared
10. To agree date of the 2023 AGM
