5. Appointment of Chairman and Vice-Chairman 2021-22
6. Approval of the AGM minutes, held on the 22nd May 2019
7. To nominate representatives as follows – 1. Village Hall Committee representative, 2. Internal Auditor, 3. Taw & Torridge Estuary Forum
8. To approve 2020-21 accounts – approved at April 7th Meeting
9. Annual Governance & Accountability Return – to agree that the return can be approved and signed by the Chairman once prepared

21. Agenda items for next meeting – 23rd June. It is hoped that with Covid restrictions finally being lifted on the 21st June, that the meeting will be held (once more) in the Village Hall, hence the later monthly date than normal
22. Agreement that the Chairman & Clerk have the delegated authority to write cheques in payment of invoices arising between 6th May and 23rd June
