4. To agree and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the
23rd, May 2018.
5. To nominate representatives as follows: -
a) To appoint a representative from the Parish Council to attend meetings
of the Village Hall Committee.
b) Appointment of Internal Auditor.
c) To appoint a representative from the Parish Council to attend meetings
of the Taw & Torridge Estuary Forum.
6. To receive accounts for the year ending 31st, March 2019
7. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2018/19 Part 2
a) Sign Certificate of Exemption from External Audit
b) Approve and sign the Annual Return for 2018/19
8. Agree meeting dates for 2019/20
