4. To agree and approve the minutes of the Annual Meeting held on the
24th, May 2017.
5. To nominate representatives as follows: -
a) To appoint a representative from the Parish Council to attend meetings
of the Village Hall Committee.
b) Appointment of Internal Auditor.
c) To appoint a representative from the Parish Council to attend meetings
of the Taw & Torridge Estuary Forum.
6. To receive accounts for the year ending 31st, March 2018
7. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2017/18 Part 2
a) Sign Certificate of Exemption
b) Sign and approve the Annual Governance Statement 2017/18
c) Sign and approve Accounting Statements for 2017/18
8. Agree meeting dates for 2018/19
