RESPONSE TO ISOLATION

Effects of Isolation due to Storm or Deep Snow. The immediate effects will be that the community is cut off from outside help, and movement within the community may be difficult. There may also be loss of one or more of the main services. See enclosure 3 for action if main services are cut off.

Movement within the Community. The ability to move about the community is essential if assistance is to be given to those in need. Clearing pathways will be a high priority.
